Problem description

The rpm library terminated the program if it received signals like SIGHUP or
SIGTERM even if these signals were set to SIG_IGN before rpmlib functions got
called. This update makes the rpm library honor ignored signals.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh rpm.rpm rpm-devel.rpm
