Indications

Install this update if you have problems when using kinput2 with Motif
applications.

Contraindications

None.

Problem description

When using kinput2 with Motif applications, the positioning of the preedit
window is sometimes weird when the input focus is moved. This patch fixes most
of these problems.

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:


rpm -Fvh kinput2.rpm
