Indications

Everyone runnin SLES9 as a fully virtualized Xen guest should install this package.

None.

Description

This update provides network and disk drivers for SLES 9 SP3 virtual machines running on Xen. These paravirtual drivers will increase the performance of a fully virtual SLES 9 guest. The kernel module package was built for kernel 2.6.5-7.286.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh xen-kmp
