Description

This patch introduces erroneously omitted support for language packs, which can be used to easily introduce or update the translations for a language for a large amount packages. Glibc now first looks into /usr/share/locale-langpack/ when looking up the locale, deferring to the default locale's location if not found.
The patch also fixes a race condition in _Unwind_ForcedUnwind() call and adds glibc-side support for the *at() syscalls on the ppc architecture, which is required for LSB compliance (the syscalls are not supported in the kernel yet, though.)

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh glibc.rpm
