Problem description

libotf is needed by the m17n library which offers input methods for many
languages which can be used via scim when the scim-m17n package is installed.
Multilingual scim users who often input different languages should install
this.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Uvh libotf.rpm
