Problem description

the YaST2 Control Center does not show any modules and directly called YaST2 modules abort when YaST2 is started in locales ("localized" output formats and language) other than C or POSIX.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below manually.

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Uvh liby2.rpm
