Various timezone data updates, mostly following the upstream changes and describing the new DST usage.
These timezones were updated:

Pacific/Auckland, Pacific/Chatham *
Australia/Adelaide, Australia/Hobart, Australia/Currie, Australia/Melbourne, Australia/Sydney, Australia/Broken_Hill, Australia/Lord_Howe *
Europe/Istanbul / Asia/Istanbul *
America/Indiana/Winamac * (new timezone)
America/Pangnirtung, America/Iqaluit, America/Rankin_Inlet, America/Cambridge_Bay, America/Yellowknife, America/Inuvik
America/Resolute * (new timezone)
America/Havana *
America/Port-au-Prince *
America/Tegucigalpa *
America/Grand_Turk *

Zones not marked by asterisk contain only trivial changes that should not affect the present.

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
