Problem description

Add --readnever option as workaround for [#48485]
Downgrade errors to warnings during backtrace [#48484].
Update to gdb 6.2.1.
Fix deadlock in child_wait [#42796].
Fix handling of relative filenames in DWARF2 .debug_line.
Better handling of dying threads.
