Indications

This update fixes a problem in the Emulex fibre channel driver

Problem description

This updates the userland tools of the Emulex fibre channel driver
to version 4.30o_M. It fixes:

spurious hang under high load in some configurations.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:


rpm -Fvh emulex.rpm
