Problem description

This patch resolves the following issues: - On using NSS File Version Utility on Windows, Restore Archived Versions option was not getting displayed for file names with more than 53 characters. - If the filename contains non-english characters, NSS File Version Utility on Windows fails to restore the versions of the file. - On using NSS File Version Utility on SLED 10 or SLED 10 SP1, Restore Archived Versions option was not available in the localized languages.
