Problem description

Specially crafted RAS files could cause a buffer overflow in the SUNRAS plugin. The bug could potentially be exploited to execute arbitrary code (CVE-2007-2356).

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh gimp.rpm
