Problem description

Update the timezone descriptions to reflect the recent change in US daylight saving time.
Fix #247386: let kmail load mails consisting of a single attachment with no text.
Fix #247903: kmail can't cancel a connection attempt when ssl/tls parameters are wrong.
Fix #257247: akregator fonts are too small on high resolution screens.
