Problem description

The libuuid library in e2fsprogs has no locking mechanism for the UUID generating function uuid_generate_time. It is possible to get duplicate UUIDs. This patch provides locking mechanisms which guarantees the uniqueness of the UUIDs.
The patch also fixes a buffer overflow in mklost+found and an issue with debugfs where an endless recursive loop is caused if there are symlinks in /dev.
