Problem description

Problem in calculating the ip from the workstation number (CR001).
The new code will calculate the number correctly. Also, it will
allow .0 and .255 to be assigned. This means that administrators
will have to setup scDhcpRange and scDhcpFixedRange correctly if
they have a .255 netmask.
Added code to write an error to syslog if the image name
does not exist.
Removes the reference to bsha_config.sh in the branchha.tex file.
Modified the information about how to start posleases2ldap in
servercommands.tex and quickinst.tex. Modified to indicate use
of the /etc/init.d/posleases2ldap script.
