Problem description

Quota is updated to version 3.0.1 to work with kernel 2.4.18-4GB. It
is moreover fixed to handle ECONNREFUSED correctly.

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

rpm -Uvh --oldpackage quota.rpm
