Problem description

The recent "Recommended update for SpamAssassin" (http://sdb.suse.de/en/psdb/html/efd21cb4e66dec3e5db96831379400be.html) requires the additional package perl-Net-DNS in order to be able to perform RBL (Realtime Blackhole List) checks. Using RBL type lists can improve the dectection of spam when configured correctly.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Uvh perl-Net-DNS.rpm
