These keys are used by the Novell Kernel Module Update Process to provide so called "KMP" packages for specific kernel modules.
To import the keys into the RPM database (necessary to allow installing the KMP RPMs via YAST), run the provided script:
/usr/sbin/install-kmp-key
as root. If you are not using the KMP process this update is not required.
rpm -Fhv suse-build-key.rpm
