Problem description

This pactch fixes defects related to Added Login time restrictions support to the NCP engine stream file attribute time stamp wasn't getting updated when a modified stream file was closed, and connection corruption problem where a certain invalid packet caused the ncpserver to clear another client's connection.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:


rpm -Fvh novell-ncp.rpm novell-ncpserv.rpm novell-ncpserv-nrm.rpm novell-ncpserv-tools.rpm
