Problem description

Update to s390-tools-1.3.2 from Developerworks
Fixed output when formatting more than 26 disks at once (#47699).
Added script /sbin/mkdump to create dump devices (#22182).
Added new CU types 2107 and 1750 to dasd_configure (#48587). (support for DS6000 and DS8000)
