Problem description

This update of freetype2 fixes an integer signedness bug when handling TTF
images. This bug can lead to a heap overflow that can be exploited to execute
arbitrary code. (CVE-2007-2754)

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh freetype2.rpm freetype2-devel.rpm
