Problem description

The update fixes various bugs discovered in this version, including a security fix for a Cross Site Scripting (XSS) bug when using transparent session ID support (enabled when session.use_trans_sid = 1) - the session ID was not escaped before use. Next, it includes fixes for some mail() function vulnerabilities, a fix for the browscap bug (function get_browser() crashes mod_php4), a fix for an ftp error reporting bug (for some errors the last response from the ftp server was reported as the error message instead of the real error) and some other minor bug fixes.
