Indications

This patch should be installed on systems running OpenLDAP 2.

Problem description

This patch contains a fix for a bug in OpenLDAP 2.0.12 which caused the server
to crash during some "MODRDN" operations.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh openldap2.rpm
