Indications

Everyone using OES with kernel 2.6.5-7.224 should update.

Contraindications

None.

Problem description

Updates for Clustering include new requirements for cluster-cli, evms-snapin,
and adminfs to remove the dependency on nss file system. Nss has the
evms-snapin requirment also.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:


rpm -Fvh novell-nss.rpm novell-cluster-services.rpm novell-cluster-services-cli.rpm novell-cluster-services-km.rpm novell-evms-snapins.rpm adminfs.rpm novell-sms-zapishim.rpm
