This patch fixes unwinding over sighandlers in libgcc_eh.a. This allows unwinding over signals which is needed for a proper backtrace implementation for debugging purposes. The dwarf2 mapping for AMD64 and some unwinding information generation problems that are relevant for future kernel usage are also fixed. Additionally the preprocessor define __amd64__ is defined for compilation of x86-64 aka AMD64 code in addition to the define __x86_64__.
