Indications

Everyone with problems to mount filesystems via subfs should update.

Contraindications

None.

Problem description

Submount was not able to detect every filesystem. Especially some filesystems
on USB sticks caused problems. This version of submount tries to mount the
filesystems from /etc/filesystems if the detection failed.

Solution

Please install the updates provided at the location noted below.

Installation notes

This update is provided as an RPM package that can easily be installed onto a running system by using this command:
rpm -Fvh submount.rpm
