Abstract
Before you apply this update, note that:
- The appropriate version of this file will upgrade your CentaMeter Agent to version 2.81.
Purpose of Patch
- On Windows NT 4.0, EXPLORER.EXE is no longer viewed by the Agent as a process that may be metered. The Agent was already configured to function in this manner under Windows 95 in CentaMeter v2.80.
- Unnecessary network traffic generated by the Agent on Windows 95 workstations has been eliminated. This problem occurred only with programs launched from the network server. The problem did not occur on Windows NT.
