Support Knowledgebase Update
We are excited to announce that some major updates to the support knowledgebase will be rolled out at the end of this week. A few of the new features include:
- New design. We have updated the look and feel to make the knowledgebase easier to navigate.
- Faster queries. We have made some enhancements to make the search engine faster. You should see a marked improvement in the time for results to be returned
- Filtered content by business unit. The default search results will include current Novell products only, however you can choose to include results from SUSE® and NetIQ® if you like.
