fix
Explaination 1. If Universal Password is enabled and a password policy is assigned such that it will flow down to where the extend VO container will be created (normally under the container where the server object exists) , temporarily disable it. For example, if the policy is assigned to the partition root that holds this server's object the policy should be unassociated from it temporarily. NOTE: If this is not done the policy will stop the VO pco object from either being created or interferring with its ability to complete the installation of VO. This will result in a 500 error when attempting to go to the VO admin page: https://x.x.x.x/vo. You will also get a error: 669 exception, unable to authenticate. This can also be verified by examining the Virtual Office container created by the installation below the context of the server object. You would only see a teams container and possibly the pco object. None of the gadgets would have been created. For more information on how to clean up after this has occurred, please view TID NOVL102715. 2. Install VO: 3. Re-enable the Password Policy within iManager by re-associating it to the object or container it was previously unassociated from. 4. Enable the Forgot Password servlet from VO. 5. Once completed verify that the Password Policy has been linked to the Challenge Set and is associated at a level in the tree which flows to a user object or is assigned to a user object itself. Users will now use the https://x.x.x.x/vo url to both login and setup his challenge answers as well as to access the Forgot Password link.
