symptom

Error: Could not complete request clicking on Forgotten Password link.

cause

The user attempting to use the Forgotten Password link has not setup his initial challenge questions.

fix

Before the user clicks on the Forgot Password link he should login into Virtual office via the url:  https://x.x.x.x/vo.  If the Challenge set has been made mandatory he will be prompted to answer the challenge questions.  After this has been completed he can use the Forgotten Password link via the same url.
