Error: "Notice: Universal Password not available" trying to change password in Forgot Password Portal.
Error: "Universal Password is not accessible to user. System will attempt to change your existing password" is also seen.

Virtual Office 1.5 was installed after NetWare was upgraded to OES so that the Forgot Password portal would still be served on the server.
fix
There are three items to check.
1. That LDAPS (636) is specified in Virtual Office's portalservlet.properties file.
2. That the server's IP address we will use to connect to via LDAPS is correctly specified in Virtual Office's portalservlet.properties file.
3. Make sure that server's LDAP server object has the correct extensions on its object. View these via ConsoleOne's other tab when looking at the properties of the object. Compare these to another server that is working. If some or all are missing then either manually edit them and make them right or re-install NMAS. NOTE: Other products may have added their own. If these are missing as well, these products would need to be re-installed in addition to NMAS for them to re-gain their own functionality.
