Linux ndsd hangs after attempting eDir 8.5 to 8.6.1upgrade

cause

eDirectory was upgraded without upgrading NICI first.

fix

The normal supported upgrade procedure REQUIRES NICI to be upgraded prior to upgrading to eDirectory 8.6.1.

If you DO NOT require cryptography for your tree, you can delete the W0 object. This will allow you to upgrade to 8.6.1 without ndsd hanging.
