DBNET: Load file referenced undefined public variable

cause

Compaq/HP's Teaming NIC driver does not provide support for DBNETx

fix

Create or modify the DBNET.CFG file to reference the real NIC driver that was loaded before the Teaming NIC driver.

Example:
- Server has two N100 NICs installed and drivers loaded
- Teaming NIC driver is loaded and configured to provide LAN support

Edit the [dbmlid] line in C:\NWSERVER\DBNET.CFG to reference the N100 driver and not the TEAM driver

mlid=N100.LAN NAME=N100_1_EII FRAME=ETHERNET_II SLOT=101

Use the appropriate settings for your NIC.
