symptom
DBNET4 will not load and produces an error to increase the Minimum Physical Packet Receive Buffers >= 2048. Verified that the MPPRB's are at 2048.
cause
Some network interface cards will not work with the dynamic LSL buffer allocation.
fix
You need to add the [dblsl] section to the c:\NWSERVER\DBNET.CFG file.
Sample:
[dblsl]
min buffers=32
max buffers=64
buffer size=4277
DBNET4 should load properly after reading the new settings in the DBNET.CFG.
