Refresh problems in Trace Configuration with iMonitor 2.0.

If you select "Trace On" in the Trace Configuration page it may not update the links to add the "Trace Live" link.  

If you select "Trace Off" it may not update the links to remove the "Trace Live" link.  

It happens most often when you click the buttons before the page is completely loaded.
