symptom

Server hangs on NLSFLAIM.NLM during server boot.

cause

NLSFLAIM conflicting with NETDB during NDS access.

fix

Add "Load NETDB" prior to SYS:ETC\INETSYS.NCF" line in AUTOEXEC.NCF.
