Setting a simple password returns the error 1460
In ConsoleOne, when trying to set a simple password the error 1460 is being returned.
cause
Explanation
NICI itself was not found or the requested object was not found.
Possible Cause
The client workstation does not have NICI installed properly.
fix
Action
Make sure the client NICI is properly installed on the workstation.

If programming, then a call was made to NICI when the requested object was not present.
fix
Action
Make sure to use the correct code when calling the client NICI.
NICISDI.XLM (nicisdi.nlm)
This module is present in the SYS:\SYSTEM directory and loaded by AUTOEXEC.NCF file. This is the Security Domain Infrastructure management module. If this module is not loaded, then security domain keys (e.g., tree key) are not loaded into NICI and they are not available. It is a typical symptom to get a 1460 error when this module is not loaded.
Also, make sure sasdfm.xml is loaded as well
NICI Partition key is missing. Make sure that SYS:SYSTEM\NICI\NICISDI.KEY exist on the server.
