Simon has been working with Novell technologies in an academic environment since 1991. Starting with NetWare 3.11 he later gained experience of BorderManager, GroupWise and ZENworks for Desktops.

He now works with NetWare, Open Enterprise Server for Linux, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, openSUSE and ZENworks Linux Management.

He is an active member of the Novell Technology Transfer Partners (TTP) group and has presented at conferences on 'iPrint accounting' and 'Mac integration'.
