User Interface Failure

fix

NWGINA.DLL is encrypted in Windows XP. Disable encryption.

Steps
1. Start the WorkStation in Safe Mode
2. Right click on nwgina.dll (generally located in C:\Windows\System32) and select Properties
3. Click on Advanced
4. Uncheck "Encrypt Contents to Secure Data"
5. Click on Apply and OK
6. Reboot the Workstation
