Novell ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management - ZfD6.5

Novell Application Launcher (NAL)

cause

NAL is unable to Pass-Through the users credentials successfully if the Citrix server is a Member server of an Active Directory Domain and the Workstation is not part of that Domain.

The error "A domain controller could not be found for the specified domain" is seen.

fix

This functionality will not be made available in ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management.

note

To work around this issue.

1) Create a simple application object in eDirectory.

2) Import the following ini file (modify where necessary) in to the eDirectory application object -> Distribution Options -> INI Settings:
