Correct license of nodes is showing up, but Agent Registration Code = -1
Not getting packages from update server
Server unable to register with the http://novell.patchlink.com/update portal.
Packages and reports showing a status of "false" on the subscription page
fix
Steps to fix:
- Open services.msc and stop Patchlink Update service
Open regedit and go HKLM\SOFTWARE\PATCHLINK.COM\GRAVITIX\SUBAGENT key and rename the SUBAGENT key Start the Patchlink Update service again Go back into web interface -> Options -> Support tab and select the Re-Register button. If you get an error message saying "... @job ..." click the OK button and click the Re-register button again. Open regedit and go HKLM\SOFTWARE\PATCHLINK.COM\GRAVITIX\SUBAGENT. Check the value called "InstallText" and see what the value is equal to. It should be "Success".
