fix

LDAP returns error 19 when you attempt to add an attribute value that doesn't meet the size limitations.  For example, attribute foo is defined with an upper size limit of 8 characters.  You'll get a constraint violation, if you try to enter a value of '123456789' for foo.

LDAP returns 19 when you attempt to add a 2nd value to an attribute that only allows one value to be present.
