Install_log.csv file from sys:\ni\data shows that the install stoped when trying to extend the NDS schema for NMAS
fix
Update the NovellClasses.jar file and reinstall BM38. Comparing the contents of the sys:\ni\ directory betwene a working and non working setup, showed that many of the files from the problem server were older than those froom the working server. The NDSNamespaceImpl in the existing NovellClasses.jar was clashing with that we are packaging in BM38. We deleted this jar retry and restart the install. Actually, a cleaner solution attempt would be to backup and rename the following files from ni\update\lib, rerun uninst.bat from ni\update\bin, and then try the installation again- C1Instll.jar
