1. Verify that the requester is a Novell Employee
2. Telnet to ccm5.npd.provo.novell.com
3. Run /home/config/mkusers
4. Enter the username of the User to be created
5. Select "y" to modify the user's properties
6. Select "9"
7. Select "y" if prompted...
8. Enter the new home directory (/home/rc_users/<username>)
9. Save the script and exit
10. Watch messages to make sure the change replicates to all servers.
After the Home directory of the user has been updated, navigate to the new directory and create a .rhosts file with the following entry: "hostname.of.client.machine <username>"
