symptom

After upgrade NetWare 5.1 to NetWare 6, can't use the settings under "User and Groups" from NetWare Web Manager.

Can not use the settings under "User and Groups" from NetWare Web Manager when using "Local Database" or "LDAP Directory Server" for user authentication.

Error: "Bad or missing configuration file".

Error: "Failed on late ACL initialization" is seen on the server console (logger.txt).

fix

Reinstall the "NetWare Web Manager" and check or recreate the following files:

1. SYS:\NOVONYX\SUITESPOT\USERDB\DBSWITCH.CONF
2. SYS:\NOVONYX\SUITESPOT\USERDB\CERTMAP.CONF
