Creating a user to manage the Enterprise Web Server and Web Based Services.

fix

1. Create the user object in ConsoleOne or NWAdmin.
2. Select RIGHTS TO FILES AND FOLDERS
3. Choose to add a directory or file and then browse to SYS:\WEBAPPS on the server where the Enterprise Server is installed.
4. Mark READ and FILE SCAN for this directory.  
5. Next, choose to add another directory then browse to SYS:\NOVONYX on the server where the Enterprise Server is installed.
6. Select all rights for this directory which would include: SUPERVISOR, CREATE, FILESCAN, READ, ERASE, ACCESS CONTROL, WRITE and MODIFY.
7. Apply changes
