Abend: Double Fault Processor Exception during in-place upgrade.

Running Process is HDetect Proc

cause

The server registry files had become corrupt.

fix

Delete the server registry files (SERVCFG.000, SERVCFG.NBK, SERVCFG.TMP) from the default DOS directory (usually C:\NWSERVER) and start the installation again.
