symptom
Client loses connection to server when writing files.
Client is connected via IPX, Packet Burst enabled.
cause
LAN trace shows server quits responding to the client.
fix
A workaround is to either connect via IP, disable Packet Burst on the client if IPX is the preferred protocol, or to use traditional volumes instead of NSS.
The problem has been reported to Novell engineering.
This issue is fixed in NW6SP1.EXE
