Groupwise Monitor

symptom

Unable to change the sender address of Groupwise Monitor SMTP notification.
Some external email systems do not accept Groupwise Monitor notification mails due to empty sender email address.

change

Configured Groupwise Monitor to forward alarms to an external email system.

cause

There's currently no way to change the default.

fix

This has been submitted to engineering and a defect has been entered.
Until this has been corrected in Groupwise Monitor, use an external email service like myrealbox.com which does accept empty sender addresses.
