symptom

Unable to manage disk devices under ConsoleOne.

Disk Management utility in ConsoleOne does not launch after selecting one of the disk management buttons.

cause

The disk management is done thru the Admin_ServerName object in directory services, the object was not there.

fix

Create a new volume object for the NSS '_Admin' volume, call it 'Admin_ServerName' in the same context as the server.
