Printer agents with a space do not show up in the iPrint map tool.

Printer agents are not showing up in the iPrint map tool.

Only printer agents without a space are showing up in the iPrint map tool.

The problem does not exist in the EFIGS (international) version of NetWare 6.

fix

Delete and recreate your printer agents to NOT contain a space in the printer agent's name.

The above mentioned problem is resolved in the EFIGS version of NetWare 6 and should be addressed in NW6SP1 when that becomes available.

If on NetWare 5.1 SP3, the problem of Printer agents not showing up in the iPrint map tool has been known to be fixed by applying NDPS updates found in NDP21P3C.EXE.
